River Oaks Center For Dentistry likes the marketing portal & sees the unique value proposition in the other B2B portal services offered so they decided to try 2 additional services. They elected Virtual Accounting service & the Virtual Management Consulting Service.
At the end of every month, the dental practice's office manager submits 3 reports: provider performance reports, collections $$ & accounts receivables. These reports are sent from data thats collected by the dental practice management software (Dentrix or EagleSoft) to a SharePoint or SharePoint-like solution. The Virtual Accounting Company recieves a notification that River Oaks Center For Dentistry has completed this action so the Virtual Accounting Co. logs into the SharePoint to retrieve the QuickBooks configured info that's needed to perform the bookkeeping, professional payment management & accounting services for the month. When the services are complete, the Virtual Accounting Co sends the Quickbooks reports back to the SharePoint for an independent audit, or e~filed.
Or, this report could go to the consulting company to analyize the financials for the month in tandem with the provider reports so that they can do a SWAT assesment. The Consulting Company makes the recommendation to implement a new financial policy & initate the perio protect program that will drive an additional $50,000/ month into the practice. Now that the Consulting Company has completed their recommendations, this report is sent back into the SharePoint. Reports & CRM are stored in a virtual filing system that can be easily accessed by anyone, anywhere in the world, if they have the log in credentials.
River Oaks Center For Dentistry now calls the SmileSynergy Portal rep asking: "what else ya got?" The rep proceeds to share the www.3-DSmile.com integration capability & how these services support the practices philosophy. River Oaks Center For Dentistry eventually grows to utilize the IT, Accounting, Consulting, Imiging, HR Management, Cyer Univ & Brand Dev Solution. River Oaks Center For Dentistry has expanded into 3 more locations.
